About Metrolina Adult Soccer League

The Metrolina Adult Soccer League was founded in the late 80's with the idea of being a league run by players FOR the players. Our league has always been a not-for-profit league operated to tightly keep the costs down to enable for anyone to be able to play in an affordable way.

At Metrolina Adult Soccer League, we want to create an environment that welcomes players of all skill levels - from former pro/college athletes to those looking to play the sport for the first time.  We strive to create an environment of both competition AND sportsmanship.  This game we love is FAR more enjoyable that way!

We currently offer one of the BEST places for soccer players of all skill levels!  Our Sunday Coed league offers multiple divisions (6 in Fall '24) with promotion relegation to ensure teams and players are competing against players of similar skill levels!  In Fall '24, we also began a Sunday Open Over-35 league & will look to star more!
